Cooking & Culture invites tweens and teens to travel the world through food! Each session, participants will learn to prepare a dish from a different country while exploring the traditions, history, and cultural significance behind the cuisine. From popular street foods to family recipes, every program offers a new opportunity to expand culinary skills and discover the diverse flavors that connect people around the globe. Whether you're an experienced cook or trying something new for the first time, Cooking &Culture is a fun, hands-on way to build confidence in the kitchen, learn about different cultures, and enjoy delicious food together. Come hungry for both great food and new experiences! This month, we will be exploring the cozy lands of Russia in winter by making Russian Dumplings, Pelmeni, meat dumplings originally from Siberia, and vareniki, dumplings similar to pelmeni, but they're stuffed with cheese and mashed potatoes, Participants must be between the ages of 10-18
