ThingsForFamilies helps parents answer a simple question: “What can we do with the kids?” You can browse without an account, save favorites, build a weekend plan and keep a family calendar.

Where listings come from

We collect listings from public event calendars, libraries, parks, museums, venues, community organizations and other event sources. We prioritize official and first-party sources when they are available, then apply family-relevance and quality checks before listings are published.

We still recommend verifying details

Schedules, prices, age rules and cancellations can change after an event is published. Before making a special trip, use the organizer or venue link on the event page to confirm the latest details.

Corrections and event submissions

If you spot a problem, use the report option on the event page so it can be reviewed. Organizers can also submit a family event for free.

Privacy by design

Browsing does not require an account, family profile details are optional, and ads are based on the area being browsed rather than a child’s profile. Read the full privacy explanation.
