This Month's Activity: Mini-performance of Mini Performance from a UVM Student String Trio The Lake Champlain Memory Café offers an inviting space and time for those living with dementia – and their care partners/families. Care partners have an opportunity to socialize with other caregivers while their loved ones enjoy a program at the New North End Library. The Café is a partnership between FFL, the Center on Aging at The University of Vermont, and Age Well. Location: New North End Branch, New North End Branch.
