Players from 6U through 12U divisions will join fantastic parent-volunteer coached teams for weeks of fun, growth, and teamwork. Dynamic weekday practices kick off the week of Monday, August 31st under the guidance of trained practice facilitators. Our first big game day on Saturday, September 12th, running all the way through to our season finale on Saturday, October 17th. Stay tuned as your full game schedule and field locations will drop after the season starts! Season Dates: August 31st – October 17th, 2026 Age: Players born between August 1st, 2016 and July 31st, 2018 Cost: $70 for early registration or $85 after August 3rd Practice Times: Monday & Wednesday, 4:00pm – 5:15pm Practice Locations: Sheila Stout Memorial (Softball) Field – BV River Park Game Day: Saturdays Registration Deadline: Monday, August 17th Early Registration Discount Deadline: Monday, August 3rd Uniforms: Gear up for success on the pitch with the right look and safety gear. Our youngest stars in U6 and U8, along with all team coaches, will receive a slick team jersey included right with their registration. Safety comes first, so make sure every player has shin guards completely covered by tall socks for all practices and games. 3-4 Grade Youth Basketball – Fall 2026 BV Rec & BVHS Boys Basketball are partnering once again to bring you the Youth Basketball League! The League is open for players in K-6th Grades. Girls & Boys will be split into volunteer-coached teams in the 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6 grade divisions. The Kindergarten age group will be coed and run camp-style (practices and scrimmages during the week with no games on the weekends). Practices will be led by trained BV Rec Practice Facilitators for the Kindergarten and 1-2 grade age groups. While the 3-4 and 5-6 grade age groups’ practices will be led by the BVHS Boys Basketball coaches and players. Game schedule and locations will be released after the season begins. All age groups will begin practice the week of Monday, October 19. All age groups will play their first games on Saturday, October 31 and final games on Saturday, December 12. Games will typically be played 4v4 on a full 2-hoop side court. Players and coaches will receive a team t-shirt, which is included in the registration fee. Players need to wear non-marking athletic shoes while on the court.
